  3. Use praise to build confidence

  4. Encourage the appraisee to talk
    鼓励被评估的人说话

  1. Invite self-appraisal(to reduce tension)
    请同仁做自我评量(以降低紧张)
  2. Discuss performance,not personality
    讨论绩效,不是人身攻击
  3. Be positive! Criticize in positive language
    保持正向态度!用正向语言批评
  4. No surprise
    平日实时指正需改善之处,避免面谈时突然提出
